Hello Irads. Thanks for your reply but disabling the swap-file isn't an option for me because of the 1 GB memory. I have been using Server 2003 R2 on many boxes and even with applications/services installed the hdd will often spin down. So my best guess is that it is an driver/os-combination problem...

I am running Windows Server 2003 32 bit on my FitPC-2. I have installed all the (XP) drivers except the video driver. Server 2003 has been set to spin the HHD down after 10 minutes of inactivity. I have contacted the Dutch distributor but they know nothing about an auto resume on power loss gizmo for the fit-PC 2. Is it already clear when this option will be available for the general public? In an earlier post it was mentioned that this gizmo will not cost anything. Later on there is mention...

7200 rpm disk possible?
Would it be possible to install a 7200 rpm drive and keep it cool enough in the fit PC 2?
