I3M stuck at displaying bootloader info

Hi

My Airtop's (1) I3M display is stuck at displaying "BOOTLOADER V. 1.2". What can I do to get it back to working normally and how can I prevent this issue from randomly happening again? I haven't initiated any "bootloading" process.
