Hello Stefan, I can only say, that my IPC3 (V1.1) with Windows 10 64 bit professional an 2 SSD's does not show this behaviour. I'm pretty shure that the "rest noise" in my system is from my monitor and one of the SSD's. It was a surprise to me, that a system with no rotating parts still makes noise ...

After upgrading to BIOS core version IPC3K.PRD.0.25.04 - ME-Firmware is still on 11.6.10.1196 - INTEL-SA-00086-tool still says, that System is vulnerable Therefore, I tried to upgrade ME-Firmware as described in http://www.fit-pc.com/wiki/index.php/IPC3_BIOS_Update afterwords.
