1) when I try to flash a box with an .08 bios to a .06 (older) bios ..
I get this. (see attached image)

I later tried to flash an even older bios to .06 and that worked (proving the file is not corrupt)

2) will report back in a bit .. need to hook it up again .. (as I already boxed it up again)

it seems that downgrading the bios from .08 --> .06 also doesn't work :( I will try another box with an older bios and upgrade that to .06 to see if that fixes this issue. if not I will ship these back and you can refund us .. as we've not been able to use these at all ... So, I just tested this again with the latest Bios loaded: IPC3K.PRD.0.25.08 x64 (build date 2nd feb 2019) And I get still this not unique UUID in SCCM: 00:01:C0:1E:8D:4B, 03000200-0400-0500-0006-000700080009 also after this latest update the Keyboard doesn't work anymore once you are in Legacy PXE m...

so we are now at the end of May, and I still don't see a new bios on the download website.

What is happening with this?

At what point, do I ship the faulty units back to you and get our money back.
as they are not working correctly.

I've checked a few more units now that I am back in the office.
They all have this version of the bios installed already.

Can we downgrade the bios or when will an updated/fixed version will be available?

One of my colleagues tried it on 2 other machines .... (which were just taken out of the box) in the PXE logs on the server I can see them being identified with the same incorrect UUID this is before our image is being dropped on these pc's. that same image is also working with all other hardware that we use for desktops. (Dell & HP)
